 How to make your document into PDF?



If you are trying to print your documents in pdf, then here are the easy steps when you follow, you can easily print or create pdf and protect your files from edits.

Here are the steps.

1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. Complete typing your texts or insert images as shown in the figure.




3. Go to Files.
4. Select Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer. 

(For earlier then windows 10 and for word 2007 select Microsoft XPS Document writer)

5. Select Print.



6. Choose where to save.
7. Select file name.
8. Save


Done.
