Step 2. Open Notepad

Step 3. Paste the code in the notepad.

Step 4. Save the file with .REG extension. (Example: save as Windows Photo Viewer.REG)

Step 5.Open the file you have prepared to add the file to Windows Registry

and Windows Photo Viewer gets activated.



Now use Windows Photo Viewer.

Click on any photo and select open with choose another app.

It prompts for How do you want to open this file?

Go to other apps and select More Apps and select Windows Photo Viewer.

Don't forget to tick on Always use this app.
