Important Ebidding documents

Registration 

1.  Go to https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/signup-bidder

Get ready with the documents now.  Make pdf of these 3 documents. If you want click here to learn how to make pdf?

1. Company Registration. 

2. Tax Registration

3. Board Resolution: You can download a sample and then copy it to print on your officia letterpad. ( This includes Power of attorney to use this bolpatra account to make ebids. Company owner can give attoney to himself/herself or any of your official members or staffs.)

Documents Upload

Read and tick mark the terms and conditions.  

After Submit you will "Registration Successful" message and an email in your inbox.

Open the email to cick on the link to activate your account.

Once you activate the account you will see email succesfully verified.

Now, you must wait for the approval from PPMO admin. They will verify all of your documents and approve your account.

Upload Balanced Sheet (financial situation), Income Statements, Annual Turnover and experience in your profile and while bidding input best rate to get bids by your company.  All the best.
